Rep. Porter: Trump is ‘being ridiculous’ to say votes can’t be counted after Election Day

Katie Porter, who wasn’t declared the winner in her race for nine days after the 2018 election, joins Lawrence O’Donnell to discuss the importance of giving states time to count all mail-in ballots: “We don’t want anybody who casts a valid ballot to lose that vote simply because the United States Postal Service doesn’t deliver the mail.”
