Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) says efforts to advance a voter suppression bill in Texas shows Republicans in that state are both “delusional” and “dangerous.” Rep. Castro tells Lawrence O’Donnell these efforts further demonstrate the need to pass voting rights legislation through the U.S. Congress, or else in “2022, 2024, I don’t know that we’re going to recognize voting in this country.”
