Former Pres. George W. Bush and President Obama stood next to each other Tuesday morning as a U.S. marine placed a wreath at a memorial honoring those killed by a terrorist bomb in 1998 at the American embassy in Dar es Salaam. The ceremony symbolized a shared theme throughout both the Obama and Bush administrations: the continued war against al Qaeda. Tuesday marks the final stop of the president's Africa tour this week. Bush is currently in southern Africa for a humanitarian mission.
