Is it still possible to strike a grand bargain? President Obama plans to meet with lawmakers on Capitol Hill this week to keep negotiations alive. Meanwhile, House Republicans and Senate Democrats will also reveal their budgets. Previewing  his proposal, House Budget Committee Chair Paul Ryan said his version assumes the repeal of Obamacare.
