David Wildstein, a former ally to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, is expected to plead guilty in a Friday court hearing on the "Bridgegate" scandal. The hearing, which will take place in a Newark, N.J., federal court, represents the latest development in the controversy that has continued to plague Christie, a potential 2016 Republican presidential hopeful.
Many of the people involved in “Bridgegate” had long ties to the Republican governor. At a press conference in Trenton, Christie said he felt sad and betrayed by members of his political “family.”
