The economy added a net 80,000 jobs in October, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, dropping the unemployment rate slightly to 9.0%.  This includes a loss of 24,000 government jobs.

Herman Cain seems to have survived a rough week politically. The republican presidential candidate even publically embraced his ties to the Koch brothers.
