Tea Party freshmen don’t mind spending money on vehicles

A new report by Think Progress says 7 Tea Party freshmen spent more than $106,000 over the last year and a half on auto leases.  The top three spenders say they need the vehicles to get around their districts.  But at the same time, they want to drastically cut government spending.  So why spend tax dollars on leasing SUV's, vans and brand new "crossover" vehicles? July 17, 2012
