McConnell throws 30 million uninsured Americans under the bus

Republicans who've been chanting "repeal and replace" since Thursday's Supreme Court ruling that upheld the Affordable Care Act are having a tough time

Republicans who've been chanting "repeal and replace" since Thursday's Supreme Court ruling that upheld the Affordable Care Act are having a tough time defining the "replace" part of their mantra.

When the nation's top Republican in the U.S. Senate, Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), was asked three times (on Fox News Sunday) yesterday about the 30 million uninsured Americans who will be covered under Obamacare, he declared "that's not the issue."  Watch the video:

House Speaker John Boehner admitted on Sunday's Face The Nation that Obamacare has come good parts, but "has to be ripped out by its roots."
