Holy first pitch, Batkid!
Miles Scott, the adorable 5-year old who caught our hearts last November, threw out the first pitch to loud applause at the Giants home opener on Tuesday.
Scott entered AT&T Park in a Lamborghini painted to look like the batmobile and waved to a packed stadium as he made his way to the mound. Alongside Batman, Batkid fired one to Giants’ pitcher Matt Cain to an eruption of applause from the fans.

Citizens and local actors staged crimes and Batkid came to save the day. President Obama and other politicians got in on the action by cheering Batkid along and at the end of the day San Francisco Mayor Mayor Ed Lee gave him the key to the city.
