Hold onto your Cosmo’s Sex and the City fans, the gals may be coming back!
With one post on Instagram, Sarah Jessica Parker has sent the social media world into a frenzy over the possibility of a third Sex and the City movie. The photo had Parker looking chic,with a cryptic message that refers to an undisclosed project she is working on.
Parker, however, tagged her SJP shoe line, not her Sex and the City gals in the post, alluding to the idea that this new project is Parker’s latest shoe venture with Bloomingdales, similar to her ventures with Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.
While many continue to wonder if this is a shoe push or a possible movie, true Sex and the City fans know that Parker has expressed interest in a third Sex and the City movie as she believes there is one more story to tell. She is not alone as Director Michael King agrees with her.
“Sarah Jessica and I both know what that final chapter is,” King said in an Entertainment Weekly exclusive in January. “That doesn’t mean it will or should be told, but I do think there’s one story left. Whether it ever happens is a whole other situation. But there’s four girls, and those girls are still in my mind. There are other stories to tell and characters that haven’t even been written yet.”
