Michelle Obama wants you to give her five!

It has been five years since the First Lady launched her “Lets Move” campaign and to celebrate the anniversary she is asking everybody to give her five reasons to be healthy.

Similar to other social media campaigns that have swept timelines, #GimmeFive asks users to take a video with their five reasons to be healthy and post the video on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Vine, and then challenge someone else to do the same.

The First Lady is hoping to encourage everyone across the country to participate in the challenge. “I want kids, parents, maybe a few celebrities to give me five ways to be healthy," Michelle Obama said in the YouTube video announcing the challenge.

The task is easy, simple and quick. Even President Obama says "Well even I've got time for that." So are you ready to give Michelle Obama five?

The First Lady began the challenge this week when she sent out videos via her Twitter account @Flotus to celebrities asking them to participate and then challenge someone else.
