On Thursday, pasta brand Barilla found itself in hot water after the company's CEO made controversial homphobic remarks, and said that gay customers who did not like his beliefs could eat other pasta brands, leading many customers to boycott Barilla.
On Friday, two of Barilla's pasta competitors, Buitoni and Bertolli, took to Facebook to respond and capitalize on Barilla's newfound negative publicity.
On Buitoni's Facebook page, they posted an image featuring Buitoni pasta with a simple message: "Pasta For All."

The German branch of pasta brand Bertolli also posted pro-gay imagery with a message in German which translates to "Pasta and love for all!"
