With 13 days until inauguration, President Obama is showing that his second term is going to be one of a confident President. After making his nomination announcement on Monday for Chuck Hagel to be Secretary of Defense it is clear President Obama is ready to go to battle with Republicans. President Obama also says he is ready to get tough on gun control by putting “ Sheriff Biden”  in charge of the new Gun Control task force. Not to mention the debt ceiling negotiations where President Obama is not willing to even begin negotiating with Congress and is demanding Congress simply raise the limit.

For the next four years, should we expect a President Obama who plays hard ball with Republicans and goes to bat on the issues he was criticized for caving on the last four years?  Joining the conversation to discuss President Obama’s second term agenda are NBC News White House Correspondent Peter Alexander and The Washington Post White House Reporter David Nakamura.

See you at 3 p.m. for what is sure to be an interesting conversation.
