Does Hillary Clinton's 'fun deficit' comment show her vulnerability?

In a speech to some camp counselors, Hillary Clinton said the United States can fall victim to a “fun deficit.” Is saying something like this evidence that she hasn’t been in campaign mode in a while?March 20, 2015
