Trump is now requesting a recount in the state to try to change the result. While Trump has the legal option to do so, MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent Ari Melber reports the history and legal precedent revealing why historically, recounts have not changed the outcome of races when the margin is over one thousand votes.
