Thousands of people are marching in Alabama to protest the most restrictive anti-abortion law in the nation. Eight states have passed abortion restriction bills this year and some Republican sponsors say explicitly that their goal is to put these abortion bans before the Supreme Court and ultimately narrow or end Roe vs Wade. Former Acting U.S. Solicitor General, Neal Katyal, breaks down the strategy that Republican State lawmakers appear to be using to challenge the Supreme Court ruling and how “there’s certainly a possibility” that Roe v Wade could be overturned “absent a change in the composition of the U.S. Supreme Court”
