In the latest instalment of “Opening Arguments”, former Acting U.S. Solicitor General, Neal Katyal, who wrote the Department of Justice rules governing a Special Counsel, discusses Trump Attorney General Bill Barr’s threat to Democrats, that he might skip a pre-planned House testimony about the Mueller report. Katyal says Barr is “cowardly” for threatening to skip the hearing, but that House Judiciary Chair Jerrold Nadler “will undoubtedly win” if he takes the matter to court.April 29, 2019
