The House passed a resolution to end Trump's “National Emergency” in a vote of 245-182. The measure, sponsored by Rep. Joaquín Castro, D-Texas, is intended to stop the president's use of billions of dollars in existing federal funds to build a wall on the southern border without congressional approval.Feb. 26, 2019
