In an exclusive news-making interview, the lawyer for a former Fox reporter, Nancy Erika Smith, tells Ari Melber that Congress can lawfully override a Non-Disclosure Agreement preventing her client from speaking about reports that Fox News killed the Stormy Daniels story before the 2016 election, because Rupert Murdoch wanted Trump to win.
