Eric Holder: feds may indict Assange if he is not a journalist


Ari Melber presses former Attorney General Eric Holder on whether a publisher like Wikileaks should be open to charges by the U.S. government. Holder says, if an organization is acting at “the behest of a foreign power” it is no longer a “journalistic organization” and “should be treated differently” to the press and that Wikileaks “has acted in concert with the Russian Government.”
