In a new interview on MSNBC, former Acting Solicitor General, Neal Katyal, comments on Ari Melber’s interview with the former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Preet Bharara, saying his latest comment about why he considered taping President Trump in 2017 are particularly “significant”. Katyal also hails his former Havard Law School colleague, Elizabeth Warren, for pushing to end the Electoral College, which he calls a product of America’s “sordid” slave-owning history.March 19, 2019
