Supreme Court upholds travel ban, but slams Trump language


The Supreme Court upheld Trump’s travel ban in a new ruling, saying it does not target muslims. Ari Melber breaks down the ruling and why it was the expected outcome and notes the decision also rejects Japanese internment for the first time. Executive Director of the ACLU, Anthony Romero, says that despite rejecting Japanese internment, the Supreme Court have put another version of it “on the books” by upholding Trump’s travel ban.
