On the 20th anniversary of President Bill Clinton’s impeachment, former Special Prosecutor Ken Starr joins Ari Melber. Starr tells Ari Melber he still believes a sitting president can be indicted if there’s enough evidence and that Bob Mueller is “a person of complete integrity” who should be allowed to “do his job.” Ari Melber questions Starr on his own Clinton impeachment recommendation to Congress, after Starr notes that “impeachment is hell” for the public to go through. Starr also notes that “there’s no question” President Trump has lied about his personal life and says it is “unwise, uncalled for” and “extraordinarily unseemly” for Trump to call a cooperating witness a “rat.”Dec. 20, 2018
