Troops guarding Southern border are expected to be home for the holidays

The president rushed troops to the southwest border before the midterms saying they were needed to help protect Americans from what he called an invasion. Now these troops will soon be coming home. Stephanie Ruhle is joined by Time Magazine National Security Correspondent Bill Hennigan, who spent several days with the troops, to discuss what they are dealing with while being deployed in their own country.
