Lawmakers have less than 3 weeks to reach a new deal


The government has reopened after the longest shutdown in American history and lawmakers have less than three weeks to come up with a bipartisan deal for border security funding or the government will shut down once again. Stephanie Ruhle is joined by Republican Strategist Evan Siegfried and the Vice Chair of the Democratic Party for the State of New York, Christine Quinn, to break down this future deal and the president potentially declaring a national emergency.
