Gov. Edwards talks Ida storm devastation, search and rescue efforts


Gov. John Bel Edwards (D-LA) discusses what's happening on the ground in his state as Hurricane Ida, now a tropical storm, continues to slam Louisiana, leaving over a million residents without power and some stranded. He tells Stephanie Ruhle that the confirmed death count stands at one but that he fully expects it "will go up considerably throughout the day."
