Dallas superintendent unsure schools can reopen in August, doubtful on high school football


The superintendent of Dallas Independent School District, Texas' second largest public school district, expressed serious doubts about reopening schools by August 17, citing concerns from parents, students and teachers. Officials in Texas recently announced that schools must reopen for in person learning this fall if they are to receive state funding.
