Snyder, facing Flint, roundly booed


Rachel Maddow reports on President Obama's visit to Flint, Michigan to talk with people there about the government-created toxic water crisis they've been dealing with. Obama was preceded by Governor Rick Snyder, making his first public address to the people of Flint, and received with jeers and boos.
