Wisconsin today is supposed to get its first peek at an ad campaign to educate voters about the new law that makes voting harder. The idea is to explain to people like teacher Rita Platt, who recently got turned down for the ID she needs, why they have to pay money for documents in order to vote and which documents they need and so on.
Also, you can explain to 84-year-old Ruthelle Frank, who has been voting in Wisconsin all of her adult life, why voting next year could cost her $200 or more.
