White House briefing kinda like high school

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney got the question again today. Well, to be fair he got a lot of questions today.
Solid.
Solid.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney got the question again today. Well, to be fair he got a lot of questions today. However, at the end of his daily briefing he was able to answer something with absolutely no spin, whether the President was considering dumping Vice President Biden from the ticket and putting Secretary Clinton in his place.  A Fox News reporter said, "The Joint appearance today of the 42nd and 44th Presidents has reawakened the speculation of a possible Obama-Clinton ticket, I was wondering…" At this point Carney cut him off and said, "Only among people who know absolutely nothing about which they speak."

This elicited high school-like "Oooooohs" from the journalists in attendance.  Carney insisted he wasn't talking about the reporter and that this question was a non-issue. "I think Sec. Clinton has spoken to this.  I think the President's spoken to it. I think the Vice President has."  The press secretary continued, "Barack Obama and Joe Biden will be on the ticket next year and will be taking the oath of office in 2013."

The Press Secretary only barely contained his eye rolling.
