Or maybe just Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich. The latter, surging in the polls, showed up to make The Visit with the former in New York City today. Mr. Gingrich says he'll take part in a debate hosted by Mr. Trump after Christmas, making him so far the only GOP candidate to sign on. From USA Today:

Jon Huntsman and Ron Paul rejected the invitation, making clear they believe such a debate won't be a serious one with Trump posing the questions.Paul's campaign said Trump's participation would "contribute to an unwanted circus-like atmosphere." And Huntsman decried the "show business over substance" aspect during an appearance this morning on Fox News."I'm not going to kiss his ring or kiss any other part of his anatomy," Huntsman said about Trump.

And the Democrats cheered for more Newt.
