Among them, you'll find mention of walruses, which live nowhere near the Deepwater Horizon, and a wildlife expert who died in 2005 and was supposed to help save them.If you haven't got time to read the whole thing, you can check the cool flow chart -- it proves someone was supposed to be in charge, a "Qualified Individual."
