Yesterday some of Texas Gov. Rick Perry's jokes (Jose Cuevas sounds like Jose Cuervo? ¿En serio?) reportedly fell flat as he addressed the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials in San Antonio. I went hunting for the video, but the Governor's youtube page hasn't caught up with him yet. If anybody sees it, give us a link, will you?
