Dr Pepper has a new target: men. But not just any men-- men who are too manly (or insecure?) to drink girly diet soda.
This soda is NOT FOR WOMEN. So women, don't accidentally pick up a Dr Pepper 10, because it is just not for you. You can tell because of the industrial-looking label and the laser guns in the commercial, which no woman would possibly like. Oh, and because one tagline is "It's not for women," and another tagline is "Think you're man enough for the can?" and the Facebook page has "Man'ments" like “Thou Shalt Not Pucker Up. Kissy faces are never manly."
If you thought men and women could drink the same beverages, you are certainly mistaken. They can't watch the same movies either, so ladies, keep the romantic comedies to yourself. And if you were some kind of sissy man who drank diet *shudder* soda, you better switch to Dr. Pepper 10 real quick before someone questions your masculinity.
But don't worry ladies, even though Dr Pepper abandoned you and your thirst, rapper Pharell Williams is looking out for you. This summer he released Qream, low-calorie liqueur for women.
"Inspired by royalty, I created this silky drink to celebrate the beautiful independent and sophisticated women of today. It is a truly elegant experience for the modern day queen and her court of friends."- Pharell WIlliams
