Michelle Reed of Menomonie says she came home to this flier from the Wisconsin Republican Party the other day. She writes,
"So THAT'S what's happening to the jobs. They're shattering the state as they flee."
During his 2010 campaign, Governor Scott Walker promised to add 250,000 jobs private-sector jobs in four years. With a sixth straight month of job loss in December -- including 3,900 non-government gigs -- Mr. Walker finished 2011 up by 13,500. On the other hand, the unemployment rate, calculated from a different survey, fell last month. Up? Down? Follow the green arrow?
