Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick delivered a press statement this morning, effectively locking down the city and instructing the public in the area to stay indoors.Patrick emphasized that this refers to "all of Boston."NBC News' Pete Williams reported on the air this morning that law enforcement officials are taking these extraordinary steps in part because they don't know whether the suspects had accomplices in the area, and may still have concerns about other explosives.
