The Rachel Maddow Show will air in two live hours tonight. Watch at the usual 9 p.m. ET, then Lawrence O'Donnell at 10 p.m., a special live "All In with Chris Hayes" at 11, and Rachel Maddow live again at midnight ET.

As you know if you're near any media at all right now, the pursuit of the remaining suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings is developing at a rapid pace, so plans for tonight's show could change at any minute. For now here are the guests we hope to talk with in the 9 p.m. hour:

  • Erica Hill, NBC News correspondent, live in Watertown, MA
  • Pete Williams, NBC News justice correspondent
  • Michael Isikoff, NBC News national investigative correspondent
  • James Cavanaugh, former AFT Special Agent-in-Charge
  • Mike Callahan, a Watertown, Massachusetts neighbor of the house at which Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured
  • Kristen Welker, NBC News White House correspondent
  • Richard Engel, NBC News chief foreign correspondent
  • Charlie Pierce, Esquire writer-at-large, former Boston Globe Magazine writer
  • Charles King, professor of International Affairs and Government at Georgetown University, and author of The Ghost of Freedom: A History of the Caucasus
  • Ron Allen, NBC News correspondent, live in Watertown, MA
  • Kendall Coffey, former U.S. Attorney

I'll try to update this list and add to it as we know get closer to air time and to our second hour at midnight.
