North Carolina votes to ban marriage equality, again

Voters in North Carolina are deciding if their state should be the thirty-first to have a Constitutional ban on marriage equality. Groups on both sides have spent a lot of money on an issue that would hurt civil unions and domestic partnerships for straight couples as well as gay couples. Gov. Bev Perdue joins Rev.
