Chicago murder rate up 38 percent

While other major cities are seeing a decrease in murder, Chicago’s rate has skyrocketed. So far 240 people have been killed, 66 more deaths than the same period in 2011. Rep. Danny Davis, D-Il., talks with Rev. Al Sharpton about the factors contributing to the homicide surge.
