The big question this morning - does Mitt Romney's decisive double digit win in Illinois mean the fight for the nomination is effectively over?  Several NOWists have written posts this morning.  Some believe that Romney has secured his place, others say that unless one of the three other candidates drop out, there could be shenanigans involving delegates that could threaten Romney's anointment at the convention.
