Mitt Romney had a bad day yesterday, and it could be worse today as he recovers from his admission that he pays a tax rate well below most of America. That was a bad soundbite, but not "news" per se. Far worse, it appears, was Romney suggesting that he didn't make much from speaking fees - a sum of nearly $375,000, well above the average South Carolina salary of $33,000.
It's sure to come up when we talk to the authors of a new book, "The Real Romney," that's making a lot of buzz. Plus, DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz on Congress back to work and the road ahead for the President as the GOP field narrows (there are new calls for Perry to bow out). Yes, plenty to get to at noon ET on NOW.
