Soldier honored for gallantry in Afghanistan


U.S. Army Sergeant Ty Carter received the Congressional Medal of Honor for displaying “conspicuous gallantry,” risking his own life when more than 300 enemy fighters  tried to overrun his outpost in Afghanistan during one of the deadliest battles of the war.  Col. Jack Jacobs discusses.
