Connolly asks: Was Mueller's 'only reason' for not indicting because of 1973 Justice Dept rule?


"Was the only reason ... that you didn't indict the president the 1973 guidance from the Office of Counsel at the Department of Justice during the Nixon-Watergate years that said a sitting president can't be indicted?" Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.) said he wants to know. "Because we need to know that."
