Just as students head back to school, the White House released a new public service announcement on Wednesday to raise awareness about sexual assault and consent as part of the “It’s on Us” campaign.

The 30-second video features celebrity cameos from actors including Zoe Saldana, Minka Kelly, John Cho and Josh Hutcherson who all describe consent as “the thing you can never have sex without” and if you don’t have it, it’s rape.

The release of the PSA comes just a few weeks before the one-year-anniversary of “It’s On Us,” which was created by the Obama Administration to help prevent sexual violence on college and university campuses, especially as several cases have grabbed national attention.

According to the “It’s on Us” initiative, one in five women and one in 16 men are assaulted during the time in college.
