A federal watchdog agency says it has found reasonable grounds to believe that the Trump administration that it retaliated against Dr. Rick Bright by removing him from his role leading the agency searching for a vaccine. The watchdog agency also said it would ask the HHS to temporarily block his transfer until an investigation is complete.
