The Russian Interior Ministry said on Friday that it will send a puppy to their French counterparts as a sign of solidarity for the attacks in Paris last week. The puppy's name Dobrynya comes after a popular folk hero in Russian culture. According to a letter signed by Russia's Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, the Russian ministry hopes that the puppy will take the place of French service dog 'Diesel' who was killed during the raid in Saint-Denis, near Paris, on Wednesday.Nov. 21, 2015
