Raskin: 'American carnage is Donald Trump's true legacy'

Rep. Jamie Raskin D-Md., delivered his closing statement where he referenced Donald Trump’s inaugural address, which the former president referred to “American carnage.” Raskin said the phrase turned out to be an “excellent prophecy of what his rage would come to visit on our people.” He added, “the Watergate break-in was like a Cub Scout meeting compared to this assault on our people and institutions.”
