The next phase of the impeachment hearings are set to begin next Wednesday, as the House Judiciary Committee drafts and debates articles of impeachment against President Trump. The New York Times is reporting Tuesday that the president knew of the whistleblower complaint when he released the aid to Ukraine. And new deposition transcripts show that the order to freeze aid has a paper trail that leads back to the president.
