Outcry is intensifying amid footage of unmarked federal agents using tear gas, batons and alleged abductions against people protesting police brutality in Portland, Ore. The state’s attorney governor is now suing four federal agencies and seeking a restraining order against the agents now in Portland. Legal observers are also asking whether what’s happening in Portland is a preview of the Trump administration’s plan for dealing with protests in other cities.
