NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg tells NBC's Courtney Kube that Russia will likely not comply with the INF treaty, signed in 1987, by the August 2nd deadline. Stoltenberg says NATO will continue to encourage Russian compliance because the treaty is "a cornerstone for arms control in Europe."July 18, 2019
